1. Account Registration

To access certain features, including mock tests and AI grading, you must register for an account using your Name, Email, and Country.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple users accessing a single premium account, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account without notice.

2. Digital Products & STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our services, all premium plans and mock tests are classified as Digital Goods.

By purchasing a premium or unlimited plan, you consent to immediate access to the digital content. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and similar international laws, you acknowledge that you lose your right to a 14-day cancellation period once you access or download the digital content.

Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any purchases, regardless of whether you have completed the mock tests or used the AI grading features.

3. Payments & Third-Party Processors

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. By completing a transaction, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of our respective payment processors.

4. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, mock tests, interface design, and AI-generated outputs, is the property of LNAT Practice Test. You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial exam preparation only.

• You may not scrape, copy, reproduce, or resell any questions or materials from our platform.
• Automated access (e.g., bots, scripts) to our mock tests is strictly forbidden.

5. AI Limitation of Liability

As outlined in our Disclaimer, our services utilize AI. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the AI-generated questions or essay grades. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website instantly, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

Although we serve an international audience, these terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
